What will your typical day look like?

 

In this role you will work collaboratively with Deloitte Management Services (“DMS”), other enabling functions and support teams, to provide administrative support to various tax engagement delivery teams across the project lifecycle (Sale, Set Up, Work, WCM/Bill, and Close). As an external client service team member, you will be an integral member of the engagement team and will work directly with the client engagement leaders.

About the team

 

The overall goal of this team is to ensure that each service line within tax has a consistent, exceptional experience and to create benefits and efficiencies for Deloitte Tax. This team is accountable to the National Service Line Leader (“NSLL”) and works directly with Engagement leaders of various clients.

You are someone who is: 

  • Able to demonstrate ownership over end-to-end administration activities, with the ability to understand implications of findings and next steps, while demonstrating excellent interpersonal and people management skills in a fast paced team environment
  • Strong priority management and organization skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to drive multiple tasks at the same time, anticipate business and client service needs, demonstrating resourcefulness and critical thinking
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project Management Certification (an asset)
  • Assist with Working Capital Management (“WCM”) by proactively monitoring and analyzing Work In Progress (“WIP”) details for actual to budgeted time variances
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
