What will your typical day look like?

 


The Client Experience Professional is responsible for working with the Workflow Coordinator and various service delivery teams to oversee maintain and ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of Deloitte’s offices. Practical knowledge is required for delivering excellent office support services including greeting clients, security assistance, ordering supplies, facilities management, photocopying, binding, filing, etc. You will be ensuring the readiness of the office environment for the day-to-day operations as well as performing general office maintenance and organization of meeting rooms while providing excellent customer service to any client’s inquiries regarding mail, courier items and supplies. 

About the team

 


The members of the Business Operations team possess a practical body of knowledge that is applied in the delivery of office support.  It includes jobs in the areas of procurement, mailroom, security, concierge, delivery and distribution, reception, records, telecommunications, hoteling resource management and facilities management.  The Business Operations role draws upon knowledge of the specific function discipline and the organization's business practices to provide services to ensure the safe, efficient and effective operation of the organization. The Business Operations group is seeking a Client Experience Professional for our Toronto office.

You are someone with: 

  • 1-2 years work experience in customer service, hospitality, or a facilities environment is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to respond to requests in a timely manner and to prioritize and organize workload
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • May be required to work in all Toronto-region locations
