Are you looking for an opportunity to expand your sales and operational skills nationally? We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing industry, to support accounts and industry initiatives.

What will your typical day look like?

Every day will not be the same, but here is an overview of the role:
Client Account Management (50%)
•    Provide sales and operational support to key TMT Large Priority Accounts (e.g. account team meetings, Teams sites, marketing and event management, pipeline management, internal briefings, etc.)
•    Assist with account campaigns and work with pursuit teams to drive key opportunities to close
•    Support relationship plans focused on key executives for the account leadership team
•    Build internal relationships to help enable overall account management operations
Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) Industry (50%)
•    Support the TMT Chief of Staff and Industry Managing Partner to execute the national strategy
•    Build a national community by developing and executing a multi-channel communication strategy and industry branding (e.g. Yammer, newsletters, Town Halls)
•    Be an industry learning & development champion by promoting industry-related webinars, learning opportunities, etc.
•    Support sales governance through pipeline analysis and assisting teams through sales processes
•    Develop internal documents and deliverables on a regular basis for executive audiences
•    Work with key stakeholders to help drive key initiatives across different segments/businesses/regions
•    Build internal relationships at all levels of the firm, cross-industry/business/region

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:
•    Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional services experience
•    Knowledge and experience in the TMT industry and sales operations is an asset
•    Ability to work on multiple priorities with minimal supervision and guidance
•    Entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem solver and analytical
•    Experience working with multiple stakeholders  
•    Poised, professional presence and high articulacy
•    Effective communication and presentation skills across multi-channels (in-person, virtual, digital)
•    Knowledge in project / program management, financial reporting and marketing is required
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office and interested in learning new technology to enable collaboration and presentations/facilitation
