  • Design, build and execute best in class Onboarding experience for all Deloitte Global (DTTL) new hires across the world, including processes and content to support (communications, toolkits, education sessions, checklists, etc.)
  • Develop relationships with Member firm contacts, regional contacts, and DTTL People COEs
  • Partner and collaborate closely with all relevant People COE’s and internal stakeholders, including business unit leaders to deliver a seamless onboarding experience to Deloitte Global leaders and professionals
  • Manage project execution for onboarding experience, including technology build out and partnership with Global Technology services
  • Manage onboarding experience content, resources, and toolkits
  • Manage virtual onboarding sessions, including oversight of scheduling and logistics, speaker selection and upskilling, content review for relevancy and accuracy, and supporting technology
  • Ensure assigned deliverables meet project objectives and timelines, recognizing and managing dependencies between other projects and/or initiatives
  • Evaluate effectiveness of the entire experience and recommend opportunities for continued innovative improvements
  • Track onboarding experience KPI’s and report back on the process to leadership monthly
  • Manage compliance requirements for all new hire types, maintain relationship with Risk & Ethics office for up to date guidelines and requirements
  • Maintain relationships with Member Firms for accurate reporting and alignment on requirements
  • Responsible reporting and awareness of all new hire and ad hoc compliance requirements
  • Maintain an expert level of knowledge on current learning and onboarding trends, tools, technologies, and theories

You are someone with:

 

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a complex global environment
  • A minimum of 1 year in a role specifically focused on building out and managing onboarding experience for a global complex audience
  • Learning and development background, knowledge of adult learning theory, program design frameworks and translating those into a corporate environment
  • Experience building, designing and executing best in class Onboarding experience
  • Strong project management background with experience managing project team resources
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Instructional design knowledge and learning design tools knowledge
  • Facilitation experience with variety of audiences in size and level, including virtual facilitation experience
  • Learning Management System (LMS) knowledge, and ServiceNow knowledge
