Difference Maker to Fundraising Clients

What will your typical day look like?


This role provides client-facing support to Account Services Team internally. In this role, you will be responsible for regular communication with clients about current campaigns, deposit and banking information, monthly donor programs, upcoming campaigns, and data management. You will support client projects managed through the Business Solutions team that can include, but are not limited to, RE migrations and API builds.

You will be responsible for providing professional and thorough responses to Client inquiries with respect to their donor databases, receipting, reporting and other miscellaneous issues. Role will require you to liaise with Campaign Support Operators on day-to-day administrative tasks for client management. You will have opportunity of training and lead them on day-to-day tasks

Role also involves liasioning with Deloitte’s Production Team to ensure that the processing of donations are completed in an accurate and timely manner. You will be the escalation point for Operators and for Production team.You will manage monthly billing and invoicing, set up mail campaigns, new codes, etc. utilizing Deloitte’s proprietary software.

About the team


The Campaign Support team is a key cog in supporting the Production, Account Services and Clients themselves in our day-to-day work in the Fundraising Services Division. 

While the group handles multiple administrative and ongoing tasks, they are also supportive in generating ideas for better business practices and coming up with creative solutions to ongoing client and divisional challenges.

This group has relationships with all teams within this division and are exposed to every side of the fundraising business in our Risk Advisory group to learn and grow in this business.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you


You are someone who has:

  • Post-secondary education, preferable with a business management, marketing or fundraising focus
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the development of Client relationships
  • Proven experience in the development of Client relationships, preferably in the Direct Marketing/Fundraising industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written business communication skills with diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Experience using Raiser’s Edge would be beneficial but not mandatory
