What will your typical day look like?

 


The Finance Billing Team is a group of specialists with in-depth knowledge of CRM, SAP, EMD & billing best practices. For the Tax role we have about 10 people who work across Canada to support Partners achieve WCM and provide guidance to reduce billing risks. You will lead the tax team leveraging a multitude of tools and enhancements to ensure Partners are receiving the right support and providing feedback on process improvements and potential enhancements.

About the team

 


A Supervisor is required to provide support to the Manager with the staff and additional projects being assigned to the group.  It is also a succession plan as someone with deep knowledge and understanding of the team and the services we provide the tax practice would be required to lead the group.

You are someone who has: 

 

  • 5 years minimum of related experience 
  • Experience leading a team 
  • Involvement with liasing with Managers on billing and tax issues 
  • Practice ensuring metrics are consistently achieved 
  • Understanding of assessing tools and processes on a regular basis and recommend changes to improve effciency, manage operational prirites, developing processes and timelines
