What will your typical day look like?

 

As a Bilingual Recruitment Advisor at Deloitte you will develop and maintain a personal network of contacts for candidates and referral sources to support effective recruitment strategies for specific practice areas within Deloitte. In addition to this, you will conduct recruitment kick-off meetings with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop search and recruitment strategies in order to identify and develop qualified potential candidates utilizing Deloitte’s local and global internal technologies, research, networks, and relationships.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte, the Bilingual Recruitment Advisor works in partnership with internal clients to develop a tailored recruitment strategies. Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone with:

  • A minimum 2 years combined experience working in a contingency/retained search environment coupled with corporate experience
  • Bilingual - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or related fields
  • Superior client management skills, able to effectively & persuasively present information
  • Demonstrated ability to build deep-rooted relationships with key stakeholders and delivering against agreed upon Service Level Partnerships
