What will your typical day look like?

We are looking for professionals at the Co-op/Internship level to join our Capital Projects team. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting in the evaluation and development of construction claims and expert reports;
  • Reviewing and analyzing construction documents (contracts, change orders, correspondence, cost reports, etc.);
  • Assisting in construction cost and delay analysis, project management advisory and risk management;
  • Analyzing complex data using advanced Excel functions;
  • Assisting in project management oversight assessments (construction schedules, project reporting, etc.);
  • Assessing management or construction contract compliance and audit; and
  • Performing process and control reviews and organizational assessments

Our Capital Projects team is comprised of some 40 professionals nationally who are dedicated to helping our clients successfully deliver large-scale capital projects and programs on time and on budget. Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who is/has:

  • Working towards completion of an undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials, preferably in an Engineering (Construction, Civil, Building, or Mechanical), Architecture or construction-related discipline;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly articulating messages using Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Montreal applicants should have excellent communication skills in both English and French;
  • The ability to thrive in a team and collaborative setting, contribute and share ideas, regularly seek guidance and feedback, and work to ensure the success of the team; 
  • A willingness to learn, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to professional and client service excellence; 
  • The ability to meet deadlines and produce high quality outputs with a high degree of task ownership;
  • Able to travel to client sites; and
  • Knowledge of project scheduling software (Primavera and/or MS Project)
