What will your typical day look like?




  • Support Global Governance oversight do ensure the Vulnerability Analytics Service delivers consistently across regional areas (please note there may be some regional variations)
  • Develop and maintain the service road map and strategic development of services deployed
  • Make recommendations for new services and technology to increase value to the global service team and customers




  • Provide strategic recommendations to the Infrastructure Security Lean on major change or tactical enhancements to improve overall quality, resiliency, value and to exploit new business opportunities
  • Deliver the following day to day support activities;
  • Manage major service upgrades and changes to core platforms (Qualys, Kenna, RiskIQ) to ensure consistency and stability
  • Evolve baseline configuration, standards and change processes for deployed services
  • Act as tooling SME’s to provide insight and guidance on the service deployment structure
  • Ensuring technical stability of platforms and tools operated by the service (Please note some changes may be made locally)
  • Act as a service SME for vulnerability tools Qualys, Kenna, Risk IQ
  • Develop adhoc scripts to enhance, automate and drive further service enhancement in the use of vulnerability management tools and the triage of data.
  • Support the development a practical framework for where changes can be made locally and where changes need to be vetted and delivered globally across the service
  • Monitor operational performance across regions and escalate to the Regional Customer Service Delivery Leads to correct issues
  • Provide technical design recommendations with a focus on improving the customer risk position and security maturity.


Relationship Management


  • Act as an SME on the service presenting in operational meetings (e.g. customer operations meetings, customer working groups)
  • Support Technical Working Groups to gain operational input into developing services strategically
  • Work with the Strategy & Innovation group to develop new services and capability into run
  • Work with the regional operations teams to ensure cross boarder collaboration and to develop global solutions for common problems
  • Work with member firm leadership teams as needed to understand business challenges and opportunities for service improvement
  • Manage our engagement with vendors and input into customer feedback sessions to drive our agenda with them

Enough about us, let’s talk about you


You are someone with:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, International Cyber Security, or equivalent education experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in the Information Security / Cybersecurity domain with a focus on security risk management
  • At least 2 years of experience with Qualys and operating across multiple modules with specific focus on VM and Compliance monitoring
  • Demonstratable experience at managing core configurations
  • Experience driving service enhancements in platforms such as Qualys
  • Proven track record with architecting, deploying and maturing vulnerability management technology (E.g. Qualys)
  • Professional security management certification are desirable (at least 1 active certification from any of the following), Certified
  • Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other similar credentials such as any SANs ethical hacking certifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to effectively communicate all security services within the realm of risk management, convey information security topics, policies and standards as well as risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels
  • Experiance with deploying and managing cloud resources in Azure and AWS would also be beneficial
  • Sound knowledge of business management and an expert level of knowledge of penetration testing
  • Experience interacting, presenting and working with executivesand lower business management as well as technical management teams
  • Ability to provide process and service improvements in an effective and professional manner
  • Foundational knowledge and understanding of information security legal and regulatory requirements, such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX),
  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), GDPR and Payment Card Industry/Data Security Standard
  • Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, and NIST, including 800-53 and the Cybersecurity Framework
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 5%
