What will your typical day look like?

 

We've started a movement, not a program.  Together, we at Deloitte Global (DTTL) are accountable for breaking down barriers to equity and standing together to make restorative, transformative change a reality.  

 

  • Business Unit (BU) DEI Strategy: Design and deliver an integrated fiscal year DEI plan for CoRe (Global Business Services) based on their DEI priorities set by the CoRE DEI Leader, the CoRe Business Unit leader and the DTTL DEI Strategic priorities and DTTL DEI COE Leader

 

  • Program Development: Support fiscal year priorities to further talent enablement activities as required, scoped and approved by the DEI COE Leader and BU Leader (i.e., Diverse hiring and sourcing strategies, sponsorship programs, inclusive leadership training, equity in talent lifecycle, etc.)

 

  • Communication: Serve as a DEI representative in talent-related forums, engagement activities and communications for the client group and pull in DEI Strategists as needed 

 

  • Collaborate: Work alongside leaders across DTTL People in Recruiting, Performance Management, Career Development, Analytics, Communications and Talent Advisory to accelerate and advance DEI activities across the talent lifecycle

 

  • Reporting: Design and share monthly status updates on progress to respective BU leader and DTTL DEI leader as well as relevant People collaborators; include quarterly review of the DEI Dashboard to all relevant parties maintaining focus on key performance indicators, supporting analysis and insights to drive recommendations

We provide top-notch, leading-edge thinking and advisory support and partner with our businesses to ensure our professionals develop the right skills and talents to deliver on ambitious priorities. 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone with:

  • 5+ years experience and exposure to DEI work
  • Understanding of what makes a DEI strategy work and common pitfalls
  • Excellent communication and change management skill set
  • Consulting or client service experience a plus
  • Analytics experience a plus
  • Facilitation experience and training (particularly in DEI field) a plus
