What will your typical day look like?

As a Product Studio Portfolio Leader you own the full lifecycle of a portfolio of ServiceNow products, solutions and offerings — from strategy and roadmap through delivery, adoption and value realization. Working within an Agile operating model, you lead cross-functional studio teams and partner closely with business process owners, senior stakeholders and CoE leadership to deliver outcomes that matter to the network. You are equally comfortable advising executives on platform direction and working through architecture and delivery decisions with your product owners, architects and engineers.

Strategy & roadmap

  • Own the strategy, multi-year roadmap and value proposition for a portfolio of ServiceNow product studios, aligned to business strategy and the CoE’s platform direction.
  • Set priorities, make investment trade-offs and course-correct as business needs evolve.
  • Contribute to the wider platform strategy, shaping the foundational ServiceNow framework that serves member firms’ business.

Delivery & platform

  • Lead engineering teams to deliver omni-channel digital workflows for critical business processes on ServiceNow.
  • Drive the strategy, rollout and adoption of generative AI (Now Assist) across the network of professional services firms.
  • Explore new platform capabilities and plan their rollout and adoption across the network.
  • Ensure solutions follow design principles and architectural standards, so delivered products are secure, performant, maintainable and scalable.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prioritized demand and be the catalyst for adoption of the CoE’s digital assets.

Stakeholders & value

  • Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships, up to and including executive level, translating business needs into the right ServiceNow advice and outcomes.
  • Own financial planning for the portfolio — budget creation, forecasting and cost control — and ensure investments deliver measurable stakeholder value.
  • Manage vendor and eco-partner relationships, holding them accountable for quality, commitments and resourcing.

Team & governance

  • Develop, coach and mentor your teams — building product expertise and subject-matter depth, and supporting growth and succession.
  • Provide oversight to product owners, delivery managers, architects and team leads.
  • Clear impediments, resolve technical and product issues quickly, and manage risk across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with peer product leaders to drive synergy and find innovative solutions to shared business needs.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, methodologies and relevant geo-political developments.

About the team

Deloitte Technology works at the forefront of technology development and processes to support and protect Deloitte around the world. In this truly global environment, we operate not in "what is" but rather "what can be" to help Deloitte deliver and connect with its clients, its communities, and one another in ways not previously conceived.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

What you’ll bring

  • 12+ years across delivery management, product management, stakeholder management and team leadership, including large cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with the ability to demonstrate the platform’s value at every level of an organization.
  • Advanced understanding of multiple ServiceNow offerings — ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), CMDB, CSDM, IRM, SecOps, HAM and SAM — with hands-on greenfield and brownfield implementation experience.
  • Proven ability to create product strategy and roadmaps and measure benefits through a value-management methodology.
  • Strong command of Agile delivery, with a track record of shipping solutions on ServiceNow.
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple concurrent engagements within a globally distributed onshore–nearshore–offshore model.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • A coaching mindset, able to develop staff and direct reports at Manager level, with a focus on quality and customer centricity.
  • Genuine passion for building a ServiceNow platform that enables the business in every way possible.
