What will your typical day look like?

 

As a Senior Consultant in Finance Transformation, you will be a leader on a client team from day one, solving complex problems with your teammates and clients, analyzing data, and designing solutions that will deliver lasting impact. You will operate in fast‑moving, collaborative environments where priorities evolve, questions are not always clearly defined, and progress depends on strong problem structuring, clear communication, and ownership. 

 

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead engagements and workstreams with clients, with a focus on the office of the CFO organization.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, steering committees, and executive reviews.
  • Facilitate client conversations on leading finance practices to identify opportunities to improve finance capabilities, translating pain points into structured problem statements, insights, and actionable recommendations.  
  • Lead implementation of enterprise technology solutions (e.g., ERP, EPM, Agentic AI) through supporting requirements gathering, high-level design, business decision making, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate closely with client Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders, adapting your approach to different contexts, perspectives, and levels of seniority.
  • Manage risk, project economics, deliverable content, and ensure client buy-in.
  • Stay on top of current trends and technologies influencing finance and the office of the CFO.
  • Produce high-quality, client ready materials including analyses, models, and presentations that synthesize information into actionable outcomes.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure responsibilities are completed and all deadlines are met in an autonomous work environment.
  • Support project governance activities by tracking delivery milestones, success metrics, key dependencies across project phases.  
  • Help grow the practice by supporting sales pursuits, mentoring and coaching team members, and developing accelerators that enhance delivery and client outcomes.

Our work spans the full spectrum including reimagining finance operating models, redesigning and automating business processes, reporting, and modernizing finance technology (e.g. Cloud ERP, EPM, RPA, Agentic AI) and data solutions. 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in either Consulting or Finance/Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes such as record-to-report, procure-to-pay, or order-to-cash, planning and forecasting, financial and management reporting.
  • Industry experience in Financial Services, Insurance, and/or Consumer is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead client workshops.  
  • Demonstrated experience with finance platforms (e.g. Cloud ERP, EPM, RPA), finance data and AI use cases in finance.
  • Interest or enrolment in CPA is a bonus.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments where problems are not fully defined.
  • An ownership mindset, with the discipline to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt as client needs evolve.
  • Energized by achieving goals in a collaborative environment, and mentoring team members to their highest potential.
  • Ability to travel, work in-person, in-office, or at our clients’ locations. 

 

Quebec Location: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
