What will your typical day look like?

 

Deloitte Global is seeking an experienced manager to lead and oversee the right management of Deloitte’s Global TOP partnership activation. This pivotal role will help Deloitte maximize the value of its sponsorship investment while maintaining compliance, showcasing Deloitte capabilities, and enabling exceptional brand experiences for our clients, talent and external stakeholders.

 

This is a unique opportunity to work in the Global IOC Partnership team and lead the development of the overarching rights management strategy and approach, advise internal stakeholders on intellectual property (IP) utilization, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and contractual obligations. You will be the subject-matter expert on TOP partnership rights, guide internal teams, manage external agency support and collaborate with creative teams across the Deloitte network to ensure consistent and high-quality execution for activations.

 

A successful candidate will have strong knowledge and experience of the Olympic & Paralympic Movements and rights management experience within the Olympic and Paralympic ecosystem. Strategic thinking, collaborative working style, risk management knowledge, clear communications and detailed project management skills will be critical to success in the role.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Rights management oversight:

 

  • Become a subject-matter expert on the rights, usage guidelines, terminology, and visual assets associated with the TOP partnership.
  • Develop overarching rights management strategy and approach for Global and Member Firms – Games time and between Games editions.
  • Guide internal teams across Global, Member Firms and business lines on leveraging the IOC partnership in their activations, ensuring alignment with both Deloitte and property requirements.
  • Implement and optimize workflows and tracking systems that support continuous improvement in team collaboration, approvals and asset management.
  • Work in tandem with Brand Activation, Client Marketing and Campaigns leads to strategize and activate around Deloitte’s partnership and delivery story.
  • Manage and coordinate external agency support across multiple workstreams.

 

Approval process oversight:

 

  • Lead Deloitte’s relationship with the IOC Rights Management team and oversee the IOC TRACK approval system.
  • Lead and coordinate the marks and rights approvals for Deloitte and TOP partnership branded content and materials, acting as the primary point of contact for consistency and contractual compliance.
  • Design, implement, and manage an internal brand tracking process to monitor and record all approvals, feedback, and submissions involving key stakeholders (internal leaders, risk management, external partners).

 

Internal consulting and brand education:

 

  • Proactively advise and educate internal stakeholders on how Olympic and Paralympic intellectual property (IP) can be utilized to create impactful brand and experiential moments.
  • Identify and communicate risks, conflicts, or opportunities within submitted assets; deliver proactive, compliant recommendations.
  • Update and develop toolkits and brand guidelines to enable cross-team collaboration on approved sponsorship activations.

 

Creative and marketing support:

 

  • Collaborate with creative teams (internal and external) to review digital, print, video, and social media assets.
  • Ensure all content reflects a clear, consistent brand positioning for Deloitte.
  • Support the development of presentations, leadership reports, and ad hoc sponsorship initiatives.

 

Risk and compliance management:

 

  • Work closely with internal Global Risk to interpret and enforce brand guidelines and requirements.
  • Ensure all creative submissions and marketing materials meet Deloitte’s risk and compliance standards.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in sponsorship, sports marketing, or activation management. In-depth knowledge of the Olympic & Paralympic Movements, including direct experience with property reviews and approvals for organizations within the Olympic ecosystem, preferably B2B brands.
  • Strategic acumen: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and creatively guide marketing and communications initiatives that deliver measurable impact and value across diverse audiences.
  • Project management excellence: Strong organizational and project management skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication & interpersonal skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and influencing stakeholders.
  • Global stakeholder management: Proven ability to effectively manage and influence a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across a global network, fostering collaboration and achieving consensus.
  • Autonomy & adaptability: Comfort working effectively within a remote team structure, demonstrating strong time management, self-motivation, and the ability to independently drive projects forward. Resourcefulness and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic and evolving environment and problem-solve as needed.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to collaborate across international time zones and accommodate project demands. Some international travel may be required.
  • Passion and purpose: A genuine passion for sport, partnership marketing, and the Olympic and Paralympic Movements is highly advantageous, contributing to authentic engagement and storytelling.
  • Technical proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with the capability to create high-quality, impactful deliverables and presentations.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
