What will your typical day look like?

The Go-to-Market Manager, Tech & Transformation will partner with the Director leading Tech & Transformation pillar to shape how Deloitte presents its tech-led strategy and how Global Tax & Legal communicates its transformation agenda. This role is focused on product marketing for complex technology and transformation offerings, with an emphasis on positioning, narrative development, competitive differentiation, launch planning, and proof-point creation.

  • Build and evolve the positioning and narrative: Develop and refine messaging, value propositions, and category POVs that support Deloitte’s tech-led market position and Global Tax & Legal’s evolving service delivery model.
  • Build branding guidelines for products, platforms and solutions: Develop and evolve a strategic playbook for GT&L product, platform and solution branding in alignment with the Deloitte Global Brand guidelines.
  • Bring an inside view of where tech is heading: Maintain a strong network and deep technical fluency inside the tech and AI ecosystem to translate market trends in AI, platforms, and emerging technologies into clear, defensible points of view.
  • Design repeatable launch programs: Build repeatable launch playbooks, asset frameworks, and enablement tools for new platforms, AI capabilities, signature programs, and transformation offerings. Help the organization move the firm from one-off launch campaigns to a repeatable process with measurable adoption across geographies.
  • Build the process and infrastructure needed for credibility: Turn platform deployments, transformation outcomes, and engagement patterns into proof points that makes Deloitte’s position defensible. Work within the constraints of a highly regulated business where named client stories are limited, and develop anonymized outcome narratives, sector-level proof, analyst validation, and third-party signals that earn trust without violating confidentiality. Create the process, establish the system, and scale it.
  • Equip the practice: Develop the messaging, talking points, and enablement materials partners and senior practitioners need to confidently share our tech and transformation story and where technology is heading with clients.
  • Shape the analyst narrative: Partner with business leaders to influence how Analyst Relations position Deloitte in tech, AI, and transformation evaluations with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other analysts.
  • Read signals and recommend strategic shifts: Monitor competitive activity, analyst coverage, market signals, and adoption trends to recommend where Deloitte should push, defend, or evolve.
  • Connect across the function: Work cross-functionally with AI Workflow & Innovation, Growth Go-to-market, positioning leads, and operations to maintain a consistent narrative across the firm.

What We’re Looking for

  • Strong product marketing and positioning skills, ideally in technology, AI, and transformation.
  • Deep understanding of the tech and AI ecosystem, including platforms, ecosystem shifts, and emerging capabilities.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical ideas into clear, persuasive market narratives.
  • Experience building launch campaigns, enablement tools, and proof-point strategies.
  • Strong judgment, collaboration skills, and comfort working across senior stakeholders and matrixed teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a regulated environment where client confidentiality limits direct case study use.

About the team

Global Tax & Legal deploys the right team of experts to address the ever-evolving needs of our businesses around the world. Our professionals deliver superior compliance and advisory insights and guidance (local and global) to support our businesses operating in singular or multiple jurisdictions.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of product marketing, platform marketing, or technology go-to-market experience at a SaaS, AI, or tech company. Direct services marketing experience is not required.
  • Demonstrated experience launching platforms, products, or tech-enabled propositions, with ownership across positioning, messaging, launch campaigns, and post-launch evolution.
  • Strong positioning and narrative craft. Ability to build a messaging architecture, defend a value proposition under scrutiny, and translate technical complexity into a story that earns trust with sophisticated buyers.
  • Experience building credibility and proof systems for complex propositions, ideally including work in regulated or confidentiality-constrained environments.
  • Comfortable marketing complex, technical propositions to senior, sophisticated audiences. Ability to hold your own in conversations with technologists, transformation leaders, and senior buyers.
  • Advanced AI fluency and innovative application: operate at the leading edge of how AI is applied in positioning, content, competitive analysis, and launch work. Combine deep daily use with original thinking on how AI changes what’s possible in the craft.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to make complex multi-layered propositions feel coherent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving market.
  • Track record of achieving results in a global, matrixed organization with a broad stakeholder group.
  • Comfortable influencing without formal authority and bringing recommendations to senior leadership.
  • High proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and in using AI platforms as a thought partner and an efficiency productivity tool.

Preferred:

  • Experience marketing AI platforms, agentic systems, developer products, or other complex enterprise technology.
