D365 Business Analyst / Solution Specialist

Summary

We are actively seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Senior Solution Specialist / Solution Specialist on 1-year fixed term, you will help organizations maximize the value of their Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 investments by bridging business needs with technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, analyze and document requirements, drive solution design and configuration, and support the successful implementation and adoption of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities. Leveraging your expertise in business process transformation, you will identify opportunities for optimization, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and ensure solutions align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements aligned with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and process reviews to identify current and future business needs.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend process improvements.
  • Configure and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support testing, training, and user acceptance activities.
  • Assist with change management and user adoption initiatives.
  • Recommend enhancements to maximize value from Dynamics 365 investments.
  • Stay current on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and industry best practices.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, service transformation, or process improvement.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
  • Experience conducting process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and future-state design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting Dynamics 365 implementations through testing, deployment, and adoption.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in emerging Microsoft technologies and digital transformation trends.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada as required.
Nice to have:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification.
  • Consulting or professional services experience.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methods.
  • Knowledge of change management and user adoption practices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience developing business cases and process improvement strategies.
  • Knowledge of analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience facilitating executive-level stakeholder presentations.
  • Understanding of governance, compliance, and security principles.

 

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
