What will your typical day look like?
Deloitte's CoRe Creative Services team produces presentations, marketing materials, client deliverables, proposals, video, animation, and other collateral that must be error-free and of professional quality, meeting Deloitte's brand standards. The designer is accountable for creative, brand compliant, and timely design, formatting, production, and delivery of professional-level collateral. The designer produces large volumes of work and is responsible for/dependent on effective teamwork and communication. In addition, this individual is responsible for fostering a positive, collaborative work environment to effectively leverage resources and maximize utilization and turnaround without compromising quality. This position requires proficient experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office and the ability to produce high quality work consistently and accurately.
In this role you will:
- Produce quality work in a fast-paced environment within an internal process-driven systems structure, meeting deadlines and customer expectations for quality, creativity, and accuracy
- Work with other designers, coordinators, and design supervisors to ensure adherence to brand standards
- Collaborate with customers and design professionals in order to produce effective and accurate work
- Manage projects through all phases of development, creating concepts based on customer interaction, designing, revising, troubleshooting, and producing a final product
- Serve as project lead when appropriate, coordinating multiple resources and ensuring consistent communication and deliverables
- Work closely with other design professionals across a global team to solve problems and communicate resolutions
- Complete associated administrative tasks
About the team
Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- A minimum of two years of professional design experience in corporate graphic design required
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud. InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. PowerPoint and Word are required, Excel is preferred
- Experience with interactivity (PDF, PPT) is a plus
- Video and animation experience is a plus
- Web design and/or coding experience is a plus
- French language skills are a plus
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate professionally, resolving problems effectively and positively
- Able to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests in a positive manner
- Good organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Familiar with working within brand identity guidelines
- Able to organize projects and project files intuitively, giving someone unfamiliar with the project the ability to understand structure
- Project management experience required
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
