What will your typical day look like?
There’s never a dull day for a Manager in the Workforce Transformation (WT) team, as unpredictable situations will require you to review your priorities and adapt your approach. That being said, on any given day you might:
- Facilitate client working sessions and meetings to explore possibilities, co-create solutions, or make key decisions related to ongoing engagements
- Meet with your team to provide feedback and guidance, review work, and make progress against deliverables
- Connect with subject matter experts across multiple disciplines to continue evolving our tools and methodologies around learning experience.
- Lead as part of a cross-functional teams to understand client business objectives and articulate how we can engage with them to meet their needs.
In this role, you may do some of the following activities:
- Consult with clients to understand the impact of disruption on the work, worker and workplace and help them define their ambition and strategy for transforming the workplace of the future.
- Design and plan projects that address the needs of clients, and manage expectations and relationships while delivering within the agreed scope.
- Advise clients on everything from talent acquisition to managing attrition (i.e., Talent Lifecycle Analytics).
- Forecast future talent needs and the availability of right talent to address business needs (i.e., Strategic Workforce Planning).
- Translate business strategy and needs into the right skills and roles (i.e., Capability Analytics).
- Understand and advise how robotics, automation, and other factors will stand to change the workforce required in the future (i.e., Future of Work).
- Contribute to internal efforts to grow our practice, whether through conducting research, developing methodologies and tools, networking SMEs and partners in the workforce analytics ecosystem.
- Apply expertise as well as curiosity to co-design with clients and lead teams in investigating and analyzing problems and organizing and communicating information in compelling ways

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are a people-focused and commercially minded leader who sees tech as an enabler for workforce analytics, and “lives and breaths” the principles of growth and development for themselves and their teams. You have the following experience/expertise:
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing agile teams
- 5+ years of experience in applying data analytics – ideally to challenges around people and the workforce – in a consulting or business-partnering role
- Knowledge of statistical and analytical software as well as HRIS and BI technologies (such as IBM Watson, Tableau, Qlik, R and Microsoft Excel) is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize, assess, and communicate information effectively: You can use analysis, experience, and judgement to develop meaningful insights and recommendations for clients.
- Partnered with business leaders to create a strategic workforce plan that enable business transformation
- Coached and developed high-performing people and teams while delivering exceptional client service

- Is genuinely passionate about helping organizations transform their workforce. You keep up with trends in the market today and have your own point of view on how work is changing for businesses and people and are excited about helping organizations shape and prepare for this.
- Is comfortable working in ambiguity. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment with sometimes unpredictable circumstances or changes, and make informed decisions without all the information.
