What will your typical day look like?


Deloitte Global seeks an experienced Manager to support change and communications for the Workforce Solutions and Systems (WSS) organization. This manager will help drive change across the organization by working with Deloitte People technology product owners to develop and oversee the execution of communications and change management plans, and work with SMEs to create training materials, and standard operating procedures. 

WSS resides within the Global People organization and is the business owner of Deloitte Global’s HR technologies. Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge, user friendly HR technology solutions to our growing population of Deloitte Global stakeholders.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Collaborate with WSS product owners to plan, create, and deliver training materials related to the rollout of new technology solutions, and update current training materials as new features are implemented for existing solutions.
  • Establish deliverable structure and content; review deliverables of self and others to ensure that they meet client expectations; implement and enforces high standards for quality deliverables
  • Create or supervise creation of training materials in a variety of formats (e.g., Word, PPT, video)
  • Develop, own and drive execution of communications and change management plans, taking into account the characteristics of each unique group of stakeholders. 
  • Create and distribute—or oversee the distribution of—WSS communications.
  • Develop and maintain a library of brand-compliant communications and training templates to leverage across multiple WSS projects and initiatives.
  • Proactively surface and guide ways to sharpen execution plans and processes.

You are someone with:


Technical skills: 

  • Ability to quickly understand complex technology, how people use it to achieve business objectives, and determine what needs to be done to help stakeholders understand unfamiliar technology.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, confident presentation skills.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Word and Excel, with the ability to create and deliver high quality, impactful deliverables. 


Attributes and experience: 

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive attitude.
  • Decision-making skills, and ability to challenge, negotiate, and influence
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to effectively prioritize deliverables in a deadline-driven environment. 
  • Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability, resourcefulness, tenacious follow-through, detail-oriented, creative problem-solver and adaptability to working in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with internal communications and change management campaigns.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in corporate communications, learning and development, or related field. 
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and work collaboratively with and through others. 
  • Demonstrated ability to follow standard practices and procedures, receive general instruction and supervision on work progress, and make significant contribution to end results.  
  • Experience working in a large, global environment a plus.



  • BA or BS in communications, marketing, technology, or other related field.
