What will your typical day look like?
- Client service delivery
- Provide leverage and support to Talent Leader and Talent Advisors for a specific client group. Collaborate with Talent Leader and Talent Advisors to understand business objectives and develop Talent strategies that support business goals
- Applies a spirit of excellence to deliver exceptional client service, with a high level of accuracy, quality and on-time delivery
- Demonstrates ability to build and leverage HR domain knowledge and experience to enable client’s business / HR functional agenda
- Operational excellence
- Brings operational efficiency and effectiveness to key moments in the talent lifecycle and key talent programs, including performance management, compensation, and other priorities outlined in the Culture & People strategy
- Contributes to the development of common tools, templates, playbooks and reports to enable efficiencies across Talent Advisory
- Demonstrates sound judgement and identifies solutions to problems
- Proactively takes responsibility and ownership for own work or workstream to achieve business objectives
- Data analytics & trend analysis
- Leverages knowledge of GenAI, digital tools and analytics to consolidate data and deliver analysis to support data-driven decision-making, related to employee engagement data, attrition data, etc.
- Ability to summarize data analysis and insights to convey key messages with the ability to articulate compelling communications and storytelling
- Prepare data analytics reports and decks on Talent insights for Talent Leader and Talent Advisors
- Building relationships
- Seeks out opportunity to develop new relationships and build network with Talent Advisory team, broader Culture & People team/CoEs, and other key stakeholders, and leverages network where necessary to deliver on tasks

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrated knowledge of all functions of Human Resources including performance management, talent reporting & analytics, compensation, and the ability to effectively leverage centers of expertise to meet business requirements
- Advanced proficiency Microsoft Excel skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills
- Motivated, self-starter, independent, proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively in a highly complex, fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to form strong relationships at all organizational levels
- Resiliency to handle shifting priorities and maintain demeanor in high intensity situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset
- HRIS experience would be an asset
- Relevant university degree and CHRP designation or equivalent knowledge/experience

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
