What will your typical day look like?
As a Specialist or Senior Specialist, you will work closely with the Manager to support the evolution of the firm’s new risk system, Paradigm, with new releases and operational excellence.
New releases will require engagement with various clients to understand needs and translate them into requirements and processes. You’ll work closely with Global Paradigm on user stories and solution designs while being the client advocate, to test and deliver new releases and maintain the local product backlog.
You will help manage any production changes/fix releases and change requests as part of stable and reliable operations. You will also ensure Paradigm is up to date with system administration, data quality is being monitored and addressed, and support is running smoothly.
You will also see the impact of Paradigm on the Firm/Businesses by analyzing data and deriving insights and looking at the future, by researching what’s next in the risk domain.

Part of the benefit of being on a longer-term initiative is getting to know your team more and how we can all work together to help each other with our longer-term goals. We are open, transparent, and drive to produce top quality work. Our work matters to us and to the firm.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
