What will your typical day look like?


The successful candidate will provide support throughout the contracting lifecycle for various service lines within Deloitte, ranging from deploying structured contract management processes for compliance of contractual commitments and deliverables to active monitoring and tracking of contractual obligations. Some key activities include:
 

  • Review and monitor contractual obligations of the parties to validate that these are met in line with terms and conditions including obligations, deliverables and key methodologies such as performance measures
  • Work closely with engagement teams to propose and support the creation of SOWs and change orders, with a primary focus on ensuring timely and appropriate adjustments to contract schedule, price or other terms as circumstances and impact assessments dictate
  • Provide expert advice to engagement teams on contract management and contract compliance matters
  • Summarize and communicate essential contractual requirements and obligations
  • Create contract summaries, obligation trackers and other standard documentation for new and ongoing engagements
  • Provide reporting as required under the client contract
  • Analyze and assess potential impacts associated with contractual risks and issues
  • Manage a team of onshore and offshore resources
     

About the team


The role will be supporting the Contract Management function within the Risk Team under Service Excellence at Deloitte that is charged with managing the quality and risk of the service line. We currently have a team of 28 people and expanding.

You are someone who is:
 

  • Proficient in handling legal terms and conditions and managing complex risk considerations 
  • Ability to manage highly complex contractual agreements in order to effectively mitigate risk
  • associated with the contractual terms that have been agreed to and to help the business
  • manage delivery risk
  • Confident in communicating and articulating positions on contracts and driving forward with
  • reasonable positions to help manage the risk 
  • Ability to multitask and managing conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment 
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to business needs as it evolves and to take on
  • additional tasks as and when needed
     

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
