What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Manager on our Culture & Behaviour team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading them through their complex Organizational Transformation programs. You will be involved in project delivery, focusing on advisory and implementation projects related to driving culture and enabling behaviour change. You will be responsible for innovating and providing client solutions, while bringing forward the latest industry insights and trends. You will mentor and manage junior practitioners, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. You will be expected to raise any risks or concerns to leaders, collaborating with others on the project to address and mitigate these issues. Additionally, you will contribute to business development efforts by preparing Statements of Work (SOW) and developing proposals (RFP and sole sourced). This role will require cross-functional and cross-stream collaboration, as you will work closely with colleagues from across the firm to deliver comprehensive ‘One Deloitte’ solutions to our clients.

We take pride in truly understanding the human elements behind change. We help our clients tackle issues such as enabling effective ways of working and teamwork to drive better collaboration and business outcomes, changing mindsets to enable digitally fluent culture and adoption, bringing leaders together to ensure they are working towards the same vision and objectives, defining and activating towards a desired future state culture, and more! From advisory to implementation, we provide end-to-end solutions for our clients and ultimately help them make an impact that matters.
 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You demonstrate some or all of the following:

  • 8-10+ years of consulting experience and other previous work experience
  • Experience in strategic change management (e.g., culture transformation, operating model implementation, strategy adoption, behaviour change, etc.)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, thinking and acting with an owner’s mindset
  • Experience in developing high performing people and teams
  • Deep expertise and established relationships in your industry
  • A plus if you hold a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, Behavioural Science, or Neuroscience

The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
