Job Summary
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with our customers and play a critical role in project delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborating with cross functional teams, leading teams, and can work independently to craft solutions with limited support. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions for our clients and provide exceptional customer service to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
What will your typical day look like?
- Assist in the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
- Lead sessions with clients to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
- Provide insights, recommendations, and solutions to address client requirements
- Lead a team of consultants on project activities and tasks (ex. Design, testing and quality assurance) to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Serve as a mentor and advisor to other consultant team members
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for Salesforce implementation and customization
- Remain up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality to provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and customization
- Strong understanding and experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Tableau CRM
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning
- Experience with Azure
- Strong experience with DevOps (GitHub, Actions, Copado, Gearset, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer 1 Certification required, additional certifications a plus
