What will your typical day look like?

 

Activation, Senior Consultant will support the Global Resell Leader in centralizing and expanding resell efforts across alliances and member firms. Key objectives for this role include defining and executing resell go-to market strategies, standardizing resell contracting processes, optimizing resell terms and conditions across alliances. You will make an impact by establishing and monitoring resell targets with firm leaders, and educating and incentivizing the practice to adopt resell as a critical component of alliance relationships.

 

As the Resell Strategy & Activation, Senior Consultant you will be part of a globally distributed team acting as one. While this is an internal role, all the efforts will be translatable back to the practice. This strategic role is critical for delivery of global targets around market capture and net-new sales streams.

 

  • Evaluate current state of resell across alliances and geographies
  • Design and execute scalable future state resell aspirations across alliances and geographies
  • Define and execute approach for resell monitoring and incentives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to standardize global resell agreements and country addendums
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities related to resell

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone with:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working in a matrixed multi-national or global organization
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles that require strong market and/or client facing skills
  • Master’s degree a plus
  • Previous resell and/or software sales experience
  • Previous market/client-facing experience
  • Knowledge and previous experience in innovation, strategy, operations, or technology architecture
  • Familiarity of Global Ecosystems & Alliances solutions and market offerings, across all businesses
  • Skills:
    • Problem solving
    • Proficient PowerPoint and Excel financial modeling
    • Ability to navigate and partner in a cross-border team environment
    • Excellent verbal and written executive communication skills
    • Comfort working in a virtual team
    • Technology literacy
    • Ability to develop and implement GTM strategies
    • Ability to define total addressable markets, identify market opportunities, and develop opportunity growth forecasts
    • Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
    • Ability to anticipate and drive mitigation around program risks
