What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant in the AI Strategy team, you will work directly with the AI & Analytics Academy Lead to design and deliver customized learning and development programs to strengthen the AI, data and analytics literacy of executives and technical/ quantitative professionals from client organizations.


As an individual, you have a deep-rooted passion for improving education and understand that learning and development is an interdisciplinary pursuit. You draw insights from multiple fields of interest such as cognitive neuroscience, educational psychology, behavioral economics, and data science to improve upon and impact the everchanging landscape of clients worldwide.  


Responsibilities:
As a Senior Consultant, your role will comprise of activities related to the design and delivery of a number of our AI Academy offerings. 
•    Design tailored AI and Advanced Analytics learning programs
•    Develop best in class data literacy programs for clients in different industries and with different levels of maturity
•    Design, deploy and analyze data literacy assessments using tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau 
•    Recommend learning pathways for different learner personas
•    Build high quality content and design impactful learning experiences using client or industry data sets
•    Bring forth your technical skillsets (R, Python) or related technical aptitude to learn and teach others how to use the latest technologies Develop and/or refine frameworks and definitions that introduce the concepts and importance of data, AI and Advanced Analytics, what they can be used for (applications) and how they should be applied (best practices)
•    Customize existing Deloitte learning materials (frameworks, definitions, use cases etc.) based on client needs and context 
•    Prioritize and help clients select relevant applications to demonstrate the value of data, AI and Advanced Analytics 
•    Draft tailor case study write-ups to allow learning participants to apply the concepts from the program to a real business problem 
•    Create interactive technology-enabled case study exercises that encourage participants to practice going from question to data, data to insights and insights to actions during the course of the program
•    Design pre and post program surveys to assess impact of learning programs
Deliver tailored AI and Advanced Analytics learning materials
•    Coordinate all capabilities required to deliver on the program 
•    Ensure a seamless delivery of learning programs by leveraging the following enablers

  • Place: Conduct dry runs and walk through at the Greenhouse or Deloitte University to ensure high quality learning experience 
  • People: Train and organize Client and Deloitte facilitators and co-facilitators to build a high-performing Faculty team

Because of our continuous growth, we are looking to add an experienced individual with extensive hands-on work experience developing cutting-edge strategic programs ideally in the data, analytics or AI domains.

You are someone with:

•    Minimum of five years’ work experience in the data, analytics, or AI domains
•    Completed Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree in (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Education or closely related field of study )
•     Experience teaching adults in various formats such as in-person, online or blended environments
•    Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills
•    Superior written and verbal communication skills and sstrong attention to detail
•    Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
•    Strong organization skills: ability to prioritize work demands, and meet deadlines
•    Be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with competing deadlines and rapidly evolving client needs and conditions
•    Commitment to quality, ethics and confidentiality
