Deloitte Canada is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital (Web Development) to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. This role is ideal for a web development professional with a strong foundation in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and experience using Eloqua or a similar marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), combined with client-facing experience. You’ll work closely with integrated marketers and internal stakeholders to deliver web and email experiences that support business objectives across campaigns and initiatives.
What will your typical day look like?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand digital marketing objectives and translate them into engaging website and email experiences.
- Design, develop, and maintain web assets, templates, components, and workflows in AEM, ensuring alignment with brand and performance standards.
- Build, configure, and optimize Eloqua assets (emails, landing pages, forms) to support targeted campaigns and lead management.
- Collaborate with marketers, creative agencies, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver assets that perform at each funnel stage.
- Troubleshoot issues related to CMS templates or email formatting.
- Stay current with AEM, Eloqua, and digital marketing trends to ensure our solutions remain best-in-class.
- Apply best practices in SEO, UX/UI, and responsive design.
- Conduct peer reviews and ensure QA standards are met.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Analyze asset performance and recommend enhancements to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with analytics, campaign, and content teams to enhance campaign performance.
- Engage with clients and internal teams in a consultative, solution-oriented manner.
- Champion standardization and reusability by developing modular, scalable components and enforcing naming conventions and best practices.
About the team
You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where cross-functional teamwork – across time zones and geographies – is essential. You’ll be expected to deliver high-quality work while managing multiple projects, collaborating with global teams, and engaging directly with stakeholders.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- 5+ years of experience in web development or digital marketing production
- Strong client-facing experience and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for web development
- Experience building emails in Eloqua or similar platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, or Silverpop
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks
- Solid understanding of UX principles, brand application, and responsive design
- Experience working with analytical and prototyping tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Media, or a related field – or equivalent work experience
- Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National teams and clients, English is required for the role
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
