What will your typical day look like?


As a Salesforce Project Manager at Deloitte, you will be responsible for leading and managing Salesforce projects for our clients. You will serve as the bridge between our clients' business needs and our technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are effectively designed, implemented, and optimized to meet client objectives. You will play a critical role in defining the strategic direction of Salesforce implementations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving growth for both our clients and Deloitte.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

•    Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.
•    Act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
•    Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Product Strategy:

•    Define and communicate the vision and strategy for Salesforce implementations.
•    Develop roadmaps and prioritize feature enhancements based on client and market needs.
•    Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices.

Project Management:

•    Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and analysts.
•    Develop project plans, set timelines, and manage project budgets.
•    Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Requirements Analysis:

•    Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
•    Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
•    Work closely with stakeholders to refine requirements as needed.

Solution Design:

•    Collaborate with technical teams to design Salesforce solutions that align with client requirements.
•    Provide guidance on configuration, customization, and integration options.
•    Ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

•    Develop and execute test plans to validate Salesforce configurations and customizations.
•    Ensure data integrity and system reliability.
•    Conduct user acceptance testing in coordination with clients.

Training and Support:

•    Provide training and support to end users and client administrators.
•    Create documentation and training materials.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:
•    Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).
•    Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
•    5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or product management.
•    Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects from inception to completion, preferably using Agile Methodology.
•    Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
•    Project management experience and proficiency in project management tools.
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
•    Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with customers and stakeholders.
