As a member of Deloitte’s dynamic and talented Risk Management team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how we work and shape the risk profiles and mitigation strategies for our mission critical projects.

What will your typical day look like?


Daily activities would include any /  all of the following: 
 

  • Providing quality control while working with Deloitte member firms on cross border contract development 
  • Assisting with designing and implementing contract management tools, processes and procedures.
  • Providing administrative support for the Consulting Center of Excellence which will include: 
  • Communicating contract-related information to internal stakeholders
  • Providing project management administrative support for large, key client / account engagements. 
  • Managing contract – related correspondence, and record keeping
     

About the team


Our risk team works closely with Canadian and Global Deloitte Consulting engagement teams to assist our clients in innovation, transformation, and leadership initiatives. The ability to solve complex client issues is critical to our consulting business. Together, our teams help clients imagine, deliver, and run their business using the latest technologies such as cloud and cognitive, from strategy development through implementation.

We assist engagement teams and leadership with negotiating contractual terms for these initiatives, investigating and resolving complex contractual questions as well as in managing and mitigating engagement delivery risks.

You are someone who :
 

  • Has excellent communication and organizational skills, particularly as it pertains to organizing and delivering large high value consulting engagements. 
  • Has sound business knowledge and experience reviewing business contracts and identifying contract related risks and related mitigation opportunities. 
  • Has a business or legal post secondary degree 
  • Is structured and organized  in your approach to addressing business issues and problem solving
  • Thrives in a fast paced organization and who can manage conflicting priorities
