What will your typical day look like?
The RFP Sourcing and Sales Governance Specialist will support sales efforts across our strategic client accounts from coast to coast, acting as an integral member of the Value and Sales Excellence (VSE) Team. The role will include sourcing tenders and managing proposal submissions for Public Sector opportunities ensuring practitioners are provided the right information at the right time. This role will also support the sales governance process, where you will interact with pursuit teams, leadership and VSE team members, organizing their involvement across key deals with operational excellence.

Responsibilities will include:
- Source tenders (RFxs) via a variety of portals (eg Ariba, Biddingo, Bonfire, MERX, SEAO)
- Distribute tender documents efficiently and in a timely manner
- Regularly interact with leaders, practitioners, account teams and bid team members to understand status of sales pursuits
- Manage proposal submission through a variety of portals
- Proactively handle queries from practitioners and clients’ procurement staff
- Effectively triage and allocate sales support tasks to VSE team members (sales coaches, pursuit managers, writers, designers, knowledge managers) based on deal priority, capacity to support, and best fit based on strengths.
- Manage requests for sales support through a central mailbox and ticket tool (ServiceNow)
- Schedule Deal Reviews, Early Opportunity Discussions, Win Labs, and Extension Labs
- Find creative operational efficiencies, particularly through leveraging the use of technology
About the team
The Value and Sales Excellence Team brings together sales professionals from across the firm to create one, united sales team. Together, we lead the firm on sales governance, innovation and support.
The RFP team is a cohesive unit within Value and Sales Excellence. We are subject matter experts in public sector tendering and RFPs, and we are continually finding ways to leverage AI and robotics for business improvement. Fast paced, interactive and interesting, it is a place to grow! This role will report to the Sales Enablement Lead.

You are someone who has:
- A minimum two years of professional services experience (preferably related to public sector tendering, proposals or sales )
- A high degree of interest in public sector and procurement governance
- A very strong attention to detail and ability to analyze ambiguous information under high pressure
- Excellent communication and client service skills to manage both internal and external clients
- A high degree of problem-solving skills in a rapidly changing and deadline driven environment
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications
- High level of interest in leveraging technology for business improvement
- Ability to obtain Government of Canada Level II (Secret) Security Clearance upon employment – (minimum of 10 years of Canadian residency) is an asset
- Bilingual (French and English) an asset
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
