As a Nova Product Manager, you will be crucial in driving the success of an Asset within the Nova portfolio and help shape the future of a product-centric mindset for asset-built businesses at Deloitte. You will be tasked to lead the cross-functional team that will build and navigating the product through the lifecycle and embody best practices to help us achieve our ambition.

- Product Planning and Roadmapping: Responsible for creating and maintaining a product roadmap. This includes prioritizing features based on customer validation (direct from client, from Asset team, from Sales Enablement team client demos, etc.), setting release schedules, and aligning the product with business objectives. The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring the roadmap is communicated effectively to stakeholders, making sure the scope is defined/redefined and the trade-offs are clear when making pivots.
