What will your typical day look like?

The Financial Reporting and Analytics program aggregates revenue, expenses/cost and opportunity information for all Deloitte clients and technology employees making this data available to global leaders and client teams using advanced visualization tools.


This is a Senior Manager role. Based on SAFe methodology, you will lead the Lean Portfolio Management competency:

  • Be the product manager for the products part of the Financial Reporting and Analytics program, leading the product strategy and working with stakeholders on investment funding and portfolio operations and governance.
  • Build and lead an effective team that works collaboratively with stakeholders and delivery team to achieve the goals
  • Ensure Business Plans are developed to align business priorities and team performance
  • Work with the business team to define and document priorities, communicate issues and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Build and maintain a strong, two-way, safe, trusting working relationship with the business, based on achieving business goals.
  • Overall responsibility in ensuring that the team meets or exceeds our service level agreements for project delivery
  • Manage competing priorities by balancing team work load across skill sets
  • Mentor team members in career development
  • Possess robust analytical skills: Ability to quickly understand, integrate, and communicate business strategies and program/initiative/product information and benefits to gain support, buy-in, and adoption across the team and stakeholders

As a Product Manager, you have:

  • A degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with software development and project management processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills in an international work environment with English as language of communication
  • Robust negotiation skills and ability to interact effectively with leadership, senior staff and staff in both technical and business areas.
  • Experience with developing team members and leading high performing teams
  • Ability to defuse situations, work around defensive attitudes, and deal with diverse personalities to achieve assignment objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SQL Server and /or HANA
  • Working knowledge of reporting visualization
  • Some knowledge of Deloitte revenue recognition and engagement management principles
  • Knowledge of opportunity management lifecycle
  • Experience in AGILE project management and SAFe Methodology
  • Familiarity with user based reporting solutions (Tableau, MS PowerBI, SAP Lumira, Qlik Sense,SAC etc.) would be nice to have
