What will your typical day look like?

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive and lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of change management programs, projects, and deployment efforts for assigned initiatives
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of change project managers, deployment, and other team members on assigned projects/programs
  • Work with all stakeholders to identify and confirm necessary change project/program and deployment resources throughout the project lifecycle and resolves resource availability conflicts across assigned initiatives
  • Lead change program/project issue/risk management, remediation plans, and escalations across channels, studios/service areas for projects/programs – responsible for providing management direction in these areas and ensuring clear communication, consideration of all factors, generation of solution alternatives, and defined actionable plans
  • Planning and execution of organizational change management activities – provide strategic change leadership to projects and programs to help define project-specific change management scope, strategy, approach, and deliverables; drive and implement organizational change plans using established organizational change management processes, templates, and guidance; manage resources and risk.
  • Value Realization - collaborate with stakeholders to define success criteria and adoption strategies, define and measure associated KPIs, design interventions and drive remediation of any issues impacting value realization, manage transition of KPI tracking to Operations and Reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Deloitte Technology, Deloitte Businesses, and Member Firms. Meet regularly with these individuals to ensure continued alignment with business and organizational needs across assigned programs/projects
  • Develop and demonstrate strong business knowledge and technical competency on assigned initiatives
  • Influence and foster an environment of shared accountability across initiatives
  • Work with other team members to define and integrate change into deployment schedules and negotiate deployment timelines and schedules that optimize the value for the assigned initiative for Deloitte technology and Member Firms
  • Conduct ongoing examination of change management projects/programs for compliance with established processes, project plans, deployment schedules, budgets, influencing decisions on resource utilization and allocation at key lifecycle decision points, Create, change project/program and deployment related artifacts
  • Prepare and deliver regular, audience-specific communications/reports/dashboards to ensure that sponsors, key stakeholders, CIO advisors and leadership are adequately apprised of program and project statuses, successes, risks, and issues.
  • Manage and track project/program budget/variance and takes corrective actions.
  • Seek opportunities to demonstrate financial acumen through change project/program budget optimization
  • Maintain oversight and accountability for change project/program performance including the creation/review of key delivery metrics
  • Support the configuration, utilization and continuous improvement of project/program management, change and deployment tools.
  • Seek and capitalize on opportunities to improve productivity, improving time-to-market, improving solutions quality, and improving cost effectiveness.
  • Keep informed of industry trends/leading practices around program/project management, and deployment practices. Propose changes to project and deployment methodologies and frameworks throughout the organization and contribute to the journey for continuous process improvement.

  • C-Level executives and other senior Deloitte Partners, Principals, and Managing Director Leaders, Directors, and Service/Engagement/Product Owners

Technical Skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives utilizing structured methodology and formal tools/approaches
  • Demonstrated experience leading and driving SAFe/Agile projects and strong Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge
  • Experience managing projects/programs in ServiceNow
  • Strategic and critical thinker with the ability to make connections across workstreams and Deloitte’s matrixed organization

Other Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Prosci Certification Required
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple change initiatives concurrently, and be flexible and highly adaptive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities, negotiation/presentation skills, and organizational/planning abilities.
  • Proven expertise in change planning, estimation, resource management, program/project tracking, scope control, risk, and issues management as well as stakeholder relationship management.
  • Proven success at recruiting, mentoring, and leading teams that are focused on exceptional client service and can manage risk remotely/virtually
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
  • Significant experience working with a blend of onshore/offshore teams and eco-partners/contractors
  • Minimal travel required; this role is predominantly remote with the option to work from home or a nearby Deloitte office

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
