What will your typical day look like?

 

  • Oversee, shape, and manage execution of the Performance Delivery Excellence (PDE) communications strategy and narrative development
  • Lead on execution, development, and delivery of communication plan, including email communications, presentation materials, and webcasts with PDE stakeholders and the Delivery Excellence network
  • Define change/adoption approach and campaigns that drive activation across the Global Consulting
  • Platform and our member firm network for PDE programs, initiatives, and priorities
  • Develop creative, impactful communications and campaign content
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to PDE leaders on change, activation and communications aspects of priorities and programs
  • Integrate and optimize PDE communications and activation efforts with the Global Consulting Platform priorities
  • Coordinate Performance Delivery Excellence learning content development (e.g., Greenlight, Quality
  • innovation) across PDE and GCP Learning team
  • Facilitate collaboration across the DE member firm network, especially related to Delivery Excellence
  • transformation and learning
  • Proactively surface and guide ways to sharpen execution plans and processes

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone with:

 

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience working in a matrixed multi-national or global organization
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in roles that require strong consulting and/or project management and communications skills
  • Strong writing skills and knowledge of communications plan implementation
  • Detail oriented with strong strategic planning, organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Proven track record of driving programs that implement change within teams and/or geographies
  • Ability to structure work and engage with a network of process leads/managers across multiple projects, ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
