What will your typical day look like?

  • Lead multiple people transformation initiatives / strategic projects, working with a team of transformation specialists, consultants, the Global People Centers of Excellence and stakeholder groups across other business units
  • Influence and facilitate key discussions with senior executives to achieve transformation agenda and business objectives
  • Lead projects, define scope, and execute on strategic and operational business transformation initiatives, ranging from business and operational strategy to process improvement
  • Develop and operationalize the tools (e.g., orgvue) and governance required to support programs effectively
  • Be an effective change agent utilizing proper stakeholder analysis and change management techniques including the ability to develop change management approach, stakeholder maps, and communications strategy to support transformation initiatives
  • Develop effective relationships and collaborate across our HR organization to be able to identify and respond to current and future people initiatives
  • Proactively anticipate issues and provide a perspective to leaders/teams for how to deliver practical solutions to business unit leaders
  • Support multiple transformation initiatives and strategic projects simultaneously, working with People leaders/team members and stakeholder groups across other business units
  • Participate in cross-functional working groups to solve complex organizational and talent issues and develop solutions
  • Develop and monitor project plans, track and follow-up on risks, accurately report progress against milestones to keep projects/initiatives on schedule

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources or the equivalent required
  • 5+years of experience in a Human Capital, Strategy Consulting, and / or Org Design role for a large, global, matrixed organization
  • Experience collaborating and influencing senior stakeholders across the organization
  • Experience managing a project team
  • Significant change management, transformation, and organizational design experience required, preferably on global projects/initiatives
  • Strong consultative skills and client service orientation
  • Exceptionally strong project manager who is able to design and take initiatives from abstract to concrete
  • Able to manage competing, high-priority demands; prioritizing workload, managing projects and multiple responsibilities against strict deadlines
  • Excellent strategic thinker, with demonstrated experience translating strategic goals/concepts into action plans and implementing initiatives at an operational level
  • Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills
  • Ability to establish credibility/rapport with senior stakeholders globally and in a virtual environment
  • Superior oral and written communication skills; Able to adjust communication style based on the audience
  • Strong demonstration of analytical skills and ability to prepare executive ready materials, including mastery of PowerPoint and Excel
  • High comfort level working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
  • Ability to navigate a global, matrixed, and mostly virtual environment for effective outcomes
  • High comfort level in ambiguous situations; able to learn quickly and exercise judgment in situations where data may be elusive

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
