This is a 24- month fixed-term role with Deloitte Global (DTTL) ideal for individuals who would like to gain global experience and return to a role wholly serving their Deloitte firm at the end of the term. Due to the global nature of this role, relocation is not required, nor supported. The opportunity is available only to those who are currently residing in one of the listed country locations.

 

What will your typical day look like?

 

Voice of Client (VOC) is critical component of the Clients & Industries (C&I) strategy. The VOC mission is to enable the firm to serve clients with agility in a deliberate, personalized, and powerful way by understanding and amplifying client and marketplace insights. Our team values data and innovative approaches to analyzing and sharing that data. 

 

As the Voice of Client – Services and Insights Lead within Global Clients & Industries (GC&I), you will be responsible for the delivery of Voice of Client insights that inform strategic decisions and client conversations. Key responsibilities include:


•    Setting and maintaining the strategic vision for VOC
•    Navigating the global network and managing stakeholder engagement
•    Developing and driving the execution of the VOC roadmap, balancing innovation and immediate stakeholder value creation
•    Leading the identification and exploration of data analytics capabilities to support insights development
•    Guiding team direction around strategic objectives relating to the data to be captured, how to analyze it for maximum stakeholder value, and how to drive stakeholder buy-in 
•    Developing and owning report creation, leadership presentations, and ad hoc requests

Using industry insight, a multidisciplinary approach, and cross-border collaboration, we support lead client service professionals and their teams around the world. Voice of Client is an initiative that is leading our firm around how we collect, analyze, and share client insights to enhance all aspects of our firm (what we do, and how we do it). As the Voice of Client – Services and Insights Lead, you will be working closely with the GC&I Executive and VOC MF Leaders across the network to identify and share key insights to inform strategic investments and enhance client discussions.   

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone with:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • 10+ years working with client insights and development of research to provide value to customers
  • Leadership in Executive engagement/presentations
  • Product/Service ownership experience is preferred
  • Experience with development of customer insights teams and programs
  • Knowledge of leading research and data practices to support insight development
  • Experience navigating and managing extensive stakeholder groups.
  • Established management, interpersonal, communication, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Leading teams of 5-10 people
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
