What will your typical day look like?

The Client Program Coordinator will have the following day-to-day accountabilities:    

  • Plan and manage all daily correspondence, including monitoring central mailbox; 
  • Coordinate and execute all billing-related activities; 
  • Organize tax payments to various tax authorities; 
  • Reconcile and follow up on firm tax receivables, including preparation of regular reports;
  • Work as part of a team to assist with the workflow management of tasks related to providing a superior service to Deloitte partners and employees;
  • Acting as primary point of contact for the Deloitte Employee program in respect of all non-technical queries.

Deloitte, one of Canada's leading professional services firms, provides assurance and advisory, tax, consulting and financial advisory services in 56 offices across Canada. Partners Tax and Accounting is an important enabling area within our firm that is committed to the success of our partners and professionals. We provide tax and accounting support for the equity partners. The incumbent must be detail oriented, anticipatory, organized, and work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing confidential information. You will be working in a tight knit team to deliver an elevated experience for our partners.

You are someone who is:


  • 1 to 2 years of relevant professional work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)  
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. French is an asset.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
