This is a 24- month fixed-term role with Deloitte Global (DTTL) ideal for individuals who would like to gain global experience and return to a role wholly serving their Deloitte firm at the end of the term. Due to the global nature of this role, relocation is not required, nor supported. The opportunity is available only to those who are currently residing in one of the listed country locations.

What will your typical day look like?

 

This is an exciting opportunity work in a high growth, priority area of Deloitte–Operate. In this role you will be a member of the Global Operate marketing team, working with our Global businesses (Consulting, Tax & Legal, Cyber) and Member Firms to activate our Global Operate marketing plan and deliver measurable impact. You will play a pivotal role in aligning business and geography marketing teams around Operate external marketing priorities, developing impactful content and campaigns. This role is perfect for an individual looking for Deloitte Global experience.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Activating external marketing campaigns and internal marketing/brand initiatives
  • Developing Global Operate sales enablement content
  • Leading client case study content management and development
  • Leading media activation plans (digital, social media, search engine marketing)
  • Briefing and working closely with third party marketing agencies
  • Assisting Deloitte Member Firm marketing with content adaptation and localization
  • Aligning external messaging and brand across businesses and Member Firms
  • Coordinating and collaborating with internal communications to align on key messages

The Deloitte Global Operate Team is comprised of professionals with various areas of focus that collectively provide mission critical services to support Operate’s overall success globally. Whether focused on sales excellence, delivery transformation, quality and risk management, contracts management, finance and operations, capability build, communications and change management, knowledge management, marketing and market intelligence, or other activities, these professionals ensure that the Deloitte organization operates efficiently, and our people can effectively serve clients every day.

You are someone with:

 

  • 5 years of Marketing management experience within professional services
  • Highly skilled copywriter with experience drafting client case study and sales enablement content
  • Communications expert both written and oral
  • Experience managing digital channels and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, managing different perspectives and driving consensus
  • Strategic thinker with project management skills, and the ability to deliver against challenging deadlines and multiple priorities
