The Business Operations group is seeking a Client Experience Professional for one of our downtown office locations.

What will your typical day look like?

 

The Client Experience Professional is responsible for working with the Business Operations Manager, Workflow Coordinator, Receptionist, and various service delivery teams to oversee, maintain and ensure the smooth and efficient day to day operations of Deloitte’s offices.  This role performs general clerical duties and tasks requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.  Duties are performed in accordance with established office routines and operations.  

The individual is expected to have knowledge of a general office environment, typical office practices and procedures prior to entering position.  Practical knowledge is required for delivering excellent office support services including floor support and general upkeep, providing excellent customer service, providing coverage for the office’s mailroom, and facilities services. 
 

About the team

 

The members of the Business Operations team possess a practical body of knowledge that is applied in the delivery of office support.  It includes jobs in the areas of procurement, mailroom, concierge, delivery and distribution, reception, records, hoteling resource management and facilities management.  The Business Operations role draws upon knowledge of the specific function discipline and the organization's business practices providing services to ensure the safe, efficient and effective operation of the organization.

You are someone with:

•    1-2 years of work experience in customer service, event services, hospitality, or a facilities environment is an asset
•    Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
•    Client service mindset, strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
•    Demonstrate a client service mindset with a strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
•    Possess the ability to organize workload with a high attention to service excellence and detail.
•    Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
•    Has the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of staff and guests.
•    You are a strong multi-tasker that displays team spirit and resilience in being flexible with daily demands.
•    You are self-driven with a proactive nature and a problem-solving mindset.
•    Ability to multi-task and displays a team spirit and resilience in being flexible with daily demands.
•    Able to lift 30 lbs.
