What will your typical day look like?


The Program Manager is a very important role at the heart of the Global Audit & Assurance Transformation (GAAT) Program. Since it is part of the Integrated Program Management Office (IPMO), it’s critical to the execution of Program Management activities. This enables the Transformation program alignment and delivery, including oversight & integration of workstream project plans, dependency management, program change control, risks/issues active management/ escalations, reporting execution, workstream leader/team’s stakeholder management.

This role will support delivery of Transformation projects, including core products and enabling technologies, and be responsible for liaising across workstream stakeholders and IT function to support successful delivery. You will work with the IPMO Program Management pillar, developing an integrated high-level program plan and related roadmap, relationship management across key stakeholders, along with management of program risks, issues, and dependencies feeding into executive reporting.

Specific focus areas include:

  •  Supporting a series of strategic technology/data projects
  • Challenging and support project teams and sponsors on their detailed plans to ensure delivery roadmaps stay aligned
  • Enhancing an integrated project roadmap across several technology solutions, ensuring visibility of dependencies between products
  • Tracking, managing and escalating Program risks & issues
  •  Manage relationships with key (including senior) stakeholders inside and outside of GAA (Global Audit & Assurance) to ensure aligned roadmaps
  •  Ensuring timely communication flow between projects, leadership, and key stakeholders in pursuit of alignment of decision making


This position also sits in the Integrated Program Management Office of Transformation within GAA, that is both changing and complex, spanning multiple technology solutions and functional areas. Facing an extraordinarily complex program that requires establishment of credibility, relationship building, and technical knowledge to apply the judgement and discretion demanded by this role. You will be able to apply deep experience in program management to negotiate challenging discussions with program stakeholders around overall strategy, priorities, meeting deadlines, risks & issues escalation and management, etc.

You are someone with:


  • 5 years of work experience and at least 3 years in Program Management
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar professional qualification in the Program/Project management field
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization both within Business and IT functions
  • Demonstrated knowledge and effective application of Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to team and maneuver in a complex matrix environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, excel and MS Project)
  • Experience in developing and maintaining high-level program plans across a diverse project portfolio
  • Proven skill, knowledge and experience of delivering large-scale technology and/or data projects/programs
  • Experience tracking, managing, and escalating Program risks & issues, including development of mitigation strategies in collaboration with the project team and leadership
  • Proven experience of fast-paced, high performance, corporate experience
  • Ability to identify interdependencies across projects and workstreams, and account for those dependencies in an integrated program plan
  • Experience developing and presenting status reports for cross-program leadership
  • Leadership and general management skills, including advanced communication, negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
