About the team

As an Incubation Sprint Manager, you will lead high-impact discovery sprints to validate new product ideas before they move into development. Working within a small, agile team, you’ll combine product discovery, market research methodologies, user-centered design principles, and business casing to de-risk investments and uncover problem-market fit. This role is hands-on and strategic, requiring the ability to drive sprints end-to-end, from research planning to stakeholder engagement, while ensuring insights are actionable and grounded in user and market needs.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

We’re seeking a product discovery leader with a strong background in user-centered design, user research, or product strategy—not a traditional Product Manager. You should have experience leading 0-to-1 discovery efforts, using diverse research methodologies to uncover customer needs, validate product-market fit, and guide strategy. A background in user research, UX strategy, service design, or innovation labs is highly valued.

Must-Have Experience:

  • Leading product discovery or validation efforts focused on problem exploration and solution testing.
  • Applying user-centered design principles and human-centered research methodologies.
  • Designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., user interviews, market scans, usability tests).
  • Building strong narratives that translate research into clear product recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience in early-stage product strategy and business casing.
