What will your typical day look like?
This Financial Analyst role is responsible for supporting all aspects of management reporting including data reconciliation, building reports, troubleshooting, investigating data concerns, resolving issues raised through MySupport requests. The ideal candidate for this role will be initiative-taking; have had exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Cognos, PBI, Tableau, Analysis for Office, and Hana. The role includes various tasks such as: Business analysis (communicating with different business units to gain better understanding of their reporting needs), Financial Analysis (financial and transactional reports using various BI tools), Data Mining (designing graphic data mapping), and Report Modelling (building different report models).
About the team
Reporting to the Manager of Financial Systems & Products (FS&P), this role will collaborate with the Senior Financial Analyst FS&P in sustaining all aspects of management reporting daily as well as working with our Technical and Master Data Management teams on an ad-hoc and project basis on a variety of Finance initiatives.

You are someone who has:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA designation a plus.
- Experience of translating data into meaningful reporting with business users with effective data visualizations or report designs
- Experience with leading business conversation with various stakeholders to get requirements and provide suggestions.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a Team and to manage competing priorities in an agile environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Table, Lookups, Conditional formatting, Power Query, and data validation, etc.). Experience with SQL scripting an asset
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
