Deloitte’s marketing team is seeking a Director, Integrated Marketing to lead the strategic development and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives that enhance brand positioning, drive engagement, and accelerate business growth.
What will your typical day look like?
The ideal candidate is an agile and forward-thinking leader with expertise in omnichannel marketing, campaign management, customer segmentation, data-driven storytelling, and change leadership. They will foster a high-performing, inclusive team, and champion a culture of innovation, impact, and measurable success. They will be responsible to delivering our go-to-market approach and campaigns for the firm’s strategic growth opportunities. Success will be measured by brand reach, engagement, market association, and revenue-influencing metrics (leads, pipeline acceleration, and sales growth).
In this role, some of the duties will include but not limited to:
- Set the vision and strategic direction for integrated marketing, campaign architecture, and identifying emerging marketing trends to position Deloitte Canada as the industry leader.
- Lead , Develop and mentor a high-performing, diverse marketing team that executes omni-channel marketing strategies that drive brand health, generate interest in our services, and influence sales. Marketing strategies include paid, owned, and earned media and are developed in partnership with our internal agency (creative, digital, PR) and our internal clients / businesses and industries.
- Provide executive leadership by coaching and developing a team of 20+ marketers, focusing on empowerment, digital transformation, capability-building, and outcome-driven performance reporting.
- Foster a culture of innovation by embedding data-driven insights, AI-driven personalization, and test-and-learn methodologies into marketing strategies.
- Identify and apply industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence to cultivate a culture of agility, efficiency, and innovation. Introduce and integrate GenAI, workflow automation, and hyper-personalization best practices into marketing operations.
- Lead marketing performance management, overseeing budgets, KPIs, and real-time analytics dashboards to ensure the function is delivering measurable business impact, marketing ROI, and operational efficiencies with an always-optimizing mindset.
- Act as a strategic advisor and partner to the businesses and key stakeholders, understanding their goals, expertise, and needs to shape he most effective marketing strategies
- Collaborate closely with the CMO and peers in marketing leadership on the transformation of the function stepping up to lead taskforces that accelerate priority areas of the marketing function e.g. digital, leading marketing examples, or upskilling.
- Operate with autonomy and strategic foresight, proactively identifying opportunities, communicating priorities, and mitigating risks with clarity and precision.

You are someone who has:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, 5+ of which include leading large teams.
- Proven leadership in B2B and B2C marketing, driving high-performance teams to deliver brand impact, demand generation, and measurable business growth.
- Track record of transforming marketing functions, leading digital transformation, operational efficiency, performance measurement, and change management at scale.
- Strategic and influential advisor with experience engaging senior executives to align marketing strategies with corporate growth objectives.
- Expertise in integrated marketing, digital strategy, marketing operations, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all channels.
- Passionate about leadership and people development, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Strong operational acumen, leveraging technology, analytics, and process optimization to drive marketing excellence.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, capable of selling in ideas, shaping marketing strategies, and delivering high-impact campaigns.
- Skilled facilitator of working sessions and executive workshops, driving alignment and action among senior stakeholders.
- Thrives in agile, collaborative environments, operating effectively without reliance on hierarchical structures.
- Professional services experience is an asset
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $260,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
