What will your typical day look like?


  • Defines vision and roadmap for Workfront and its direct/indirect interaction with other MarTech systems such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, etc
  • Understands and represents the needs of the Business Stakeholders, IT and Users
  • Ensures that product vision is aligned with business strategy and outcomes
  • Ability to groom, prioritize and maintain backlog
  • Develop user stores and QA test cases, as needed
  • Evangelizes the product and respective best practices across the network
  • Engage with vendor on product support and strategy
  • Identify opportunities for innovation with Workfront and/or its auxiliary tools to drive brand and marketing productivity
  • Empathize the needs of the Global and local geographies and translate them to deliverables in the roadmap
  • Provide strategic thinking for change management to accelerate adoption of new capabilities with ease
  • Hands on development, setup and/or configuration of ACLs, workflows, intake forms, reports to meet business requirements
  • Help stakeholders optimize their operating model and improve their digital channel strategies
  • Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact the business and IT

You are someone with:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-one Workfront product experience as an admin or developer
  • Ability to proactively solve problems and address conflict
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to manage scope and business expectations over the course of the project/initiative
  • Experience working in agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban, FDD or similar)
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams
  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points
  • Ability to develop new skills outside of comfort zone
  • Travel is not required for this role, this role is primarily a work from home position
