What will your typical day look like?
- Lead sessions with key stakeholders to gather functional, non-functional, and security requirements.
- Develop detailed technical design and architecture documents.
- Integrate applications using SAML, OIDC, and Headers-based authentication methods to ensure seamless and secure user access.
- Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions using solutions such as Microsoft Authenticator to enhance security.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of FIDO2 protocols to support passwordless authentication initiatives.
- Plan, configure, and roll out Windows Hello for Business to provide a secure and user-friendly authentication experience.
- Define and configure robust conditional access policies to control access based on user location, device state, and risk level.
- Design and implement B2B collaboration and cross-tenant access, ensuring secure and efficient external partnerships.
- Configure account provisioning using standards such as SCIM to automate user lifecycle management.
- Design and implement password-hash synchronization and cloud-Kerberos trust to support hybrid identity environments.

Our IAM offering advises our clients and implements and operates secure identity and access management solutions that leverage the leading-edge technologies of today’s access management requirements and needs.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role for a Managerial role
- Proven experience with IAM solutions, specifically Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Previous experience in a consulting background would be an asset.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID and related IAM tools.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $173,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
