What will your typical day look like?
- Involved in the implementation and configuration and Testing of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning solutions, specifically Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, Backlog Management, Sales and Operation Planning, Supply Chain Collaboration, Global Order Promising (GOP) and Production Scheduling.
- Implement and optimize Oracle GOP functionality to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Work with stakeholders to define rules for order promising, lead times, and inventory allocation.
- Design and develop comprehensive Oracle-based supply chain planning solutions, tailored to meet the specific needs and challenges of each client.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' supply planning, demand planning requirements, identifying potential opportunities, and recommending effective strategies for optimization.
- Assist with system integration tasks, ensuring seamless integration between Oracle Supply Chain Planning modules and other enterprise systems, such as Oracle ERP, EBS and SAP. Manage data migration and integration efforts for smooth system functionality.
- Perform Forecast tuning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to enhance the overall efficiency of Oracle Supply Chain Planning applications.
- Involved in the system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and troubleshoot defects as needed.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Oracle solutions within clients' existing systems and infrastructure.
- Develop user training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users. Create system documentation for configuration, implementation processes, and ongoing system management.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in Oracle Supply Planning and other SCM modules such as Demand Planning, Inventory and Manufacturing, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our consulting services.
- Develop knowledge of the various services delivered by the firm so that potential sales opportunities are identified.
- Supervise junior staff and manage parts of client engagements.
- Participate in practice development initiatives (recruiting, methodology, trade booth participation etc.)

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone who has:
- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting or Technology
- Candidate should have minimum of 3 ~ 4 years of relevant experience of working in Oracle ERP Planning Cloud Modules Namely Inventory Management, Demand Management, Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, Production Scheduling, Sales & Operations Planning, Backlog Management, Global Order Promising, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Demantra, Production Scheduling, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations Planning
- Candidate should have minimum of 2 ~ 3 years of experience of working in namely Inventory Management, Demand Management, Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, Production Scheduling, Sales & Operations Planning, Backlog Management, Global Order Promising
- Should have at least 1 ~ 2 end to end implementation experience in Oracle Planning Cloud and at least one implementation experience in Manufacturing, working through requirement analysis to go-live.
- Should have knowledge of Plan to Produce business process specific to at least one industry (example - Industrial Manufacturing, High Tech)
- Should have a good understanding of the Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS Planning architecture.
- Should have a knowledge of common Planning integration touchpoints in implementation scenarios.
- Should be familiar with all Oracle Planning modules and functionalities.
- Should be well versed in creating configuration documents, test scripts and user training documents.
- Should have experience in data migration, deployment, and cut-over activities.
- Should have good hands-on experience in debugging/troubleshooting critical configuration issues.
- Knowledge on other Oracle Supply Chain Products will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Should be flexible to work over-lapping with different time zones.
- Experience with integration tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Mule Soft, RESTful APIs, and web services.
- Good exposure in handling data conversion, pre and post Go-Live activities.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Reporting tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a why-not approach.
- Work independently and manage multiple task assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and technical teams.
- Able to work with onsite and offshore teams including at all levels of the client organization.
Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset for this position in Quebec.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
