What will your typical day look like?
You will play a pivotal role on a collaborative engagement team with responsibilities that range from analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel to developing recommendations and authoring presentations. You will have the opportunity to leverage your professional background and skills by specializing immediately or by gaining exposure to several industries and competencies during your first few years with the firm.
As a member of the Enterprise, Technology and Performance offering, you will help clients achieve the maximum possible impact and value from their investments in Finance, Supply Chain or IT operations, using a holistic view of key business functions from strategy articulation through process design and technology enablement.

About the team
Our Emerging ERP practice implements end-to-end technology solutions that help clients leverage Enterprise Resource Planning applications (Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Oracle NetSuite) to drive functional excellence across organizations. From designing processes, defining business requirements, assessing data strategies, and configuring technologies, our team delivers leading industry cloud solutions that help shape the future of Finance. Using cutting-edge advancements in AI and Machine Learning, we build integrated Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions that future-proof our client’s Finance and Accounting functions and support their digital transformation journeys.
Our Oracle practice helps clients successfully implement Oracle Cloud and NetSuite enterprise application integrated solutions, using an agile methodology. From the building of Oracle technology assets, RPA solutions, and incorporating Oracle’s emerging technologies such as IOT and Blockchain, our team delivers global industry solutions that address a wide range of capabilities (Finance, SCM, CX, EPM, Technical Infrastructure, Analytics and more) that support our client’s digital transformation journeys.
Our SAP team is deeply experienced in the full range of technological challenges; from complex business transformations for large and mid-market organization, leveraging exponential technologies such as AI and IoT. Deloitte’s SAP practitioners will build expertise in services ranging from business case development, business optimization and end-to-end system implementation. We recognize that the technology landscape is rapidly changing; our SAP practice stays ahead by embracing innovation and industry leading solutions to transform businesses.
Our ServiceNow team is a diverse group of technology professionals dedicated to delivering transformative digital solutions for our clients. We specialize in harnessing the full capabilities of ServiceNow’s Enterprise Technology Platform (ETP) to solve complex business challenges, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision-making. We work collaboratively across disciplines, combining deep ServiceNow expertise with industry knowledge and a passion for innovation. Our team is committed to continuous learning, staying ahead of the latest platform enhancements, and sharing best practices to ensure high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
We are seeking candidates who:
- Have completed or are currently working towards completing a post-secondary degree program, pursuing Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, Business, ERP-related program (i.e. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Salesforce.com), or another relevant degree
- Are graduating by September 2026
- Display initiative, creativity, enjoy problem solving and are looking to make an impact
- Can demonstrate strong technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project) and learn new systems and methodologies
- Are legally eligible to work in Canada and able to enter the USA to work on client assignments

Quebec Location: We require basic English language skills to meet the needs of our clients. In the context of mandates, you could work for clients with activities outside of Quebec and where the first language is English.
Ottawa Location: Employees in the Ottawa practice will be required to obtain “reliability” and/or “Secret” level federal security clearances as a condition of their employment. To be eligible for a "Reliability" status you must have resided in Canada for the last five (5) years and for "Secret" level, the last ten (10) years.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $122,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people. We regularly benchmark across a variety of positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels.
