The Senior Specialist, Talent Brand role sits within Talent Acquisition Programs and Operational Excellence to drive talent acquisition related market insights, brand and channel strategies, promotions, campaigns, communications, reporting and analytics, internal client and external partner relationships, and governance to positively impact talent attraction, talent pools, hiring effectiveness and efficiencies, and employee engagement.
What will your typical day look like?
Talent Acquisition enabler
- Monitor and generate key talent marketing insights (E.g., Social media, talent trends).
- Understand Culture and People Office (CPO) talent and talent acquisition segment (Campus, experienced hire, executive hire, inclusion) strategies
- Advise Talent Acquisition leaders on appropriate marketing strategies and campaigns in terms of approach, channels, platforms, and content to attract and engage the right talent pools
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders, team members, Corporate Communications, and appropriate CPO leaders to develop marketing and communication actions plans.
- Analyze trends, validate with Talent Acquisition peers.
- Prepare and deliver timely reports for different leadership forums and teams to enable strategic talent decisions
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Segment leaders, National Inclusion manager, Process and Governance Lead, and other relevant talent teams to align marketing plans to drive positive impact on brand engagement, pipeline development, conversion, time-to-fill, and retention.
Talent and corporate communication integrator
- Collaborate on internal communications with respect to Talent Acquisition, maintain brand calendar.
- Support client/business related campaigns and programs that have strategic talent implications.
- Plan, advise, draft, review, and approve CPO and CHRO external communications.
- Own the partner relationships with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Universum, GPTW, and others – manage their performance, outputs, and ensure alignment with stated objectives
- Prepare for and engage senior leaders in different internal forums to share updates on Talent Brand, strategy, metrics, and future direction

Our Talent Acquisition Programs and Operational Excellence team is a group of highly specialized, experienced, and passionate SMEs – driving strategic talent acquisition programs, methods and tools that embed innovation, efficiencies, standardization, and data-driven insights across the function, while positively influencing the broader talent life cycle (Onboarding, performance, internal mobility, and retention).
Beyond Talent Brand, our team also includes:
- National inclusion: DEI hiring strategy, partnerships, analytics, programs, sourcing
- Process and governance: Continuous improvement on process, systems, tools, methods, partner management, and tier 3 support
- Strategic advisory to Talent Acquisition leadership, program management, and CPO cross-functional SME support

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
