What will your typical day look like?
The Learning & Development specialist is responsible for the oversight, execution and success of key Talent Development programs, offerings and initiatives, such as career acceleration programs: milestone programs, leadership development experience programs for high-potential leaders, collaborating on the global coaching program and more.
- Manage program logistics and coordination in a hybrid format for virtual and live deliveries
- Partner within and across teams on execution and program coordination tasks
- Oversee day-to-day project plans, timelines, and budget
- Support talent development program life cycle: design, development, implementation, execution, and evaluation
- Leverage talent development interventions, tools and assessments to achieve desired program outcomes (e.g. learning nudges and technology, 360 feedback surveys, coaching programs and offerings, leadership assessments and more)
- Leverage technology to support programming for front-end user experience and back-end operational efficiencies (e.g. program eligibility and nomination processes, coaching and assessment portals, learning delivery, etc.)
- Oversee and execute on program communications for all stakeholder groups: participants, leadership, within Global People & Operations team, across member firm learning teams, etc.
- Proactively partner and communicate with member firm learning teams to understand regional learning & development opportunities and secure Deloitte Global participation; Manage relationships with member firm learning teams to ensure efficient registration and rebilling processes, and stay aware of updates in member firm opportunities and initiatives

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design or related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of professional experience, with strong experience executing complex, multifaceted learning programs
- Strong learning program delivery and coordination experience
- Strong proficiency in written communications and PowerPoint
- Strong project management and process improvement/automation experience
- Strong analytical skills, including data management, working in Excel, creating and analyzing survey data, tracking and reporting trends and delivering executive summaries
- Facilitation and/or coaching experience
- Experience with learning technology, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), website design and maintenance, etc.
- Experience working with global, offshore resources and external vendors
- Experience in virtual/live event management a plus
Technical Skills
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications required (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Experience using knowledge sharing tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Experience working with virtual learning platforms (e.g., Cura, Saba Cloud, etc.) and virtual meeting software (e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
