What will your typical day look like?

Our Deloitte Global Talent Acquisition team members are responsible for a multitude of hire types in countries across the globe. Solving complex acquisition challenges is a daily occurrence for us.

 

Our Recruiters own the full life cycle process (from proactive sourcing through hire) for roles in the US and Canada. For other geographies, we build relationships and partner with our Deloitte colleagues in various countries. We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with knowledge and experience in full lifecycle recruiting as well as selecting and aligning internal resources to support key business strategies and initiatives.

 

Be a part of a virtual, collaborative recruiting team. Develop and foster strong relationships with multiple hiring managers and leaders in various business units, to fully support and provide consultative recruiting solutions for a variety of positions across the globe. The Global (DTTL) People team supports our talented, forward-thinking professionals with a broad range of development, well-being, and engagement programs to enhance their professional and personal journeys. We provide top-notch, leading-edge thinking and advisory support and partner with our businesses to ensure our professionals develop the right skills and talents to deliver on ambitious priorities.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • 5+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting; preferably in a multi-national or global organization
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Passion for sourcing candidates
  • Experience leveraging state of the art sourcing and networking techniques
  • Seasoned at fostering relationship and credibility with stakeholders
  • Experience reporting results with confidence and clarity to senior leaders in a large, matrixed corporation
  • Experience managing a high volume of roles in a fast paced, complex environment
  • Able to work flexible hours given the global nature of this role
  • Knowledge of current recruiting best practices

  • Focus on time to fill and proactively seeking approaches to shorten cycle time
  • Ability to effectively advise stakeholders with respect to locations, levels, structure of roles, etc.
  • Process orientation: commitment to and recognition of the importance of adhering to established processes
  • Commitment to data integrity; ensuring systems are updated in real time
  • Partner with recruiters in other geographies to appropriately source and hire the right talent for open roles; monitor the status and be able to effectively represent updates to business leaders with confidence

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
