What will your typical day look like?

Senior Manager – AI Platform Enablement & Strategic Technology Programs will lead global, cross-functional initiatives focused on AI platform enablement, governance, and strategic technology deployment. This position involves knowledge of enterprise technology strategy, program implementation and execution, and stakeholder engagement, with particular attention to AI capabilities on vendor platforms including Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT Enterprise. 
 
The ideal candidate possesses a demonstrated history of successfully advancing AI enablement and adoption, overseeing complex transformational initiatives, and aligning executive leadership with innovation and change while executing these programs.
 

Key Responsibilities  

 
AI Platform Enablement & Governance:
  • Lead the design and execution of the AI Platform Enablement Operating Model, including governance structures, intake workflows, and taxonomy development.
  • Chair the AI Steering Committee and functional working groups to triage, prioritize, and activate AI technology requests across global teams.
  • Define and maintain the scope of in-scope platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, risk, and compliance frameworks.

 

Strategic Program Leadership:
  • Provide overall leadership for strategic technology programs related to AI, driving program planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align program objectives with organizational goals and ensure successful transformation outcomes.
  • Oversee progress and resolve issues to maintain momentum and achieve intended business value.

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:
  • Engage, influence, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Champion change management efforts to support AI adoption and foster a culture of innovation across the organization.

 

Risk Management & Compliance:

 

  • Ensure all AI initiatives meet risk management and compliance requirements, collaborating with relevant teams to uphold regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications  

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise wide initiative including AI platform enablement, strategic program execution, financial governance, and risk management—across consulting, technology industries, and/or corporate strategy environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Familiarity with compliance, risk, and governance frameworks in a global enterprise context.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Generative AI tools including Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and other AI vendors
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale, transformational technology programs.
  • Strong track record of driving innovation and change in complex organizational environments.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience chairing steering committees or working groups focused on technology initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and related AI tools.
  • Background in Lean Six Sigma or process optimization methodologies.
  • Prior experience working with or within a professional services or consulting firm.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
